    Hi,

I have a creation pcut 630and am in the process of setting it all up..

I am adusting the blade to the correct depth and it cut’s the material about right, but it’s so close to the material that when it moves it scratches the rest of the vinyl (when it’s travelling to another cut)

I have tried to adjust the blade depth, but then it dos’n’t seem to cut the material properley.

    Thanks

    Alan

    Are another p-cutting problem !!

if the blade is not out of its holder to far and the vinyl is flat when cutting then i cant think of any adjustment (user one ) that could be changed as this would be set at the factory, is the blade just out of the holder ??

Sorted that problem now another one..

when it cuts letters for instance… it dos’nt go completely round the letter (it leaves a small bit of material uncut) It’s like I need it to overlap onto where it started..

If that makes a bit of sence to you, please help..

    Thanks

Hmm, is the parts that are not getting cut too close to the edge of the material possibly? Maybe you could post the file you are trying to cut so others could take a look at it to see if the file has any problems?

Sounds like the blade offset is wrong. Your plotter supplier should be helping you with all this.

Deffo blade offset is set incorrectly.

What software are you using? You can’t set the blade offset in the PCUT itself it has to be done via software 🙁
