    Hey guys

I need to make a shield emblem up, 1m x 1m, i’ve got the vector artwork but there’s a few colours in there so it would be easier to print it rather than overlay vinyl.

I’m happy enough with this part, what i am unsure about is fitting it and what to make it with.

It’s going outside and needs to last a while, so wood is out of the question as they’ll need to treat it every so often.

I’m thinking either reverse printed onto a 1m x 1m acrylic block and then screwed to the wall with the standard fixings, or get someone to cutout the shield using a cnc router which is my preferred option and maybe use foamex or something along these lines but how would i attach it to the wall and make it look good.

Also, if you’ve got a rough price what i should charge that would be great.

    Thanks

Can’t help with price Daniel sorry but as for mounting you could either use standard button locators that you get fitted to moulded/flat cut letters or use something like Bigfoot locators bonded to the back & a chemical adhesive to stick it on the wall.
