What is your experience please?
Client briefing is: temperature on the glass reaches -40 degrees celsius

I’m sure someone will come along and say something more specifically suited but, I supplied a friend with a load of window decals (suncscreen flood with lettering on top) for his small fleet of extreme 4×4’s.. he’s based in Iceland and does those glacier tours, in the worst conditions and with windchill they can be -30 or lower, I sent him decals made from oracle 551 series vinyl and to my knowledge they’re still good after 2-3yrs!

I’m thinking in the same direction as you.
No actual plane / helicopter experience / hence the question here for somebody who have done these sort of things.

Maybe not exactly the same but I have done many Glider reg nos always used ORACAL 551 with no probs.

we’ve recently had an enquiry in from a pilot who has had work done from another company in the past – he was stipulating Avery 900 vinyls
It’s not our kind of work so we didn’t get into any details but that’s what he was asking us to quote on
