  • Best glue for acrylic onto composite?

Making up 6 signs for installation at weekend with 5mm Acrylic letters that need to be stuck directly to the composite.

The letters are only 2inch tall so double sided tape is taking an age to apply and trim out.

Glueing them directly to the tray would be quicker & easier, but not sure which glue to go for?

I use to use penloc from Eurobond Adhesives for this sort of work, have heard others mention Tensol 12 for the same sort of thing but don’t have any personal experience with it.

We use Top Stik Cyanoacrylate Adhesive for almost everything.

There isn’t a substrate it hasn’t worked on as of yet!! Goes off in about 10seconds so just enough time to position, then press, and as of yet it hasn’t failed on wood, acrylic, metal, foamex, polysterene or vinyl surfaces!!

Gave Eurobond a call, and have some adhesive in its way. Can’t remember which one they suggested. Hoping it will be here tomorrow.
