Tim, ordinary sign channel does the job perfectly (as used by Ashby).

make sure the channel you get stops the bolt turning when you tighten the nuts
i used the channel and nylon bolt banner fix system with no problems but the channel is a bit pricey
so used ordinary channel on a job but the bolt heads turned in the channel i had to use stainless channel bolts and cut them all down for the nylon dome head to finish off
