  Bad News or worse news..

  A man finally got the call from his doctor he had been anxiously
  awaiting. The doctor said, “I’ve got bad news and I’ve got worse
  news — which do you want first?”

  The man, not too happily, said, “Great choices — give me the
  bad news, I guess.” The doctor then replied, “The test results
  are in — you’ve got 24 hours to live.”

  Stunned, the man stammered, “You said you had bad news and worse
  news — what could possibly be worse than what you just told
  me?”

  “I forgot to call you yesterday.”
