Well the company that I was looking at don’t seem to be offering a very good deal apart from £500 off when i’m spending over £10k so think it’s time to look elsewhere

Anyone any suggestions of where to look or what to look at?

I want a single head machine that produces good quality work and has good hop size for doing larger items (400x300mm at least)

Also looking for boot attachment and cap attachment to fit it

And the usual hooping device for alignment

So if anyone has any suggestions of companies or make/model then let me know

I know P&P is coming up so i’ll be going down there but don’t think there will be as many big companies this year as the last few years

OK I’m being told be various suppliers that they can do me a better deal now than if i wait till P&P

Do you think this is a sales gimmick to get my cash from me now rather than wait till the show when i might go with another company?

    Hi John,

Id say it is a sales ploy. You always get good deals at shows too so Id take your cash/cheque book with you. There is no harm in asking these companies now though what they can offer and take this info with you and let them fight for you business at the show.

I cannot see that anything will get dearer before the end of the month more likely get cheaper.

I have never in my life heard a salesmen say yeah think about it and come back to me – they always say without fail that what they have offered is a time limited offer. I have rarely in my life actually come across something that has gone up after the specified time scale quoted by any salesmen the deals just changed with different freebies etc.

These guys must be desperate for a sale, – surely? they cant be selling many? my motto when buying anything of this nature is never rush in bide your time get to know what every company is offering then pounce when you see a deal you know is good.
