Uniform takes to the road with its mobile demonstration unit

The latest innovative move from B&P Graphic Systems is the introduction of its mobile demonstration unit which is designed to save time and money for potential purchasers of Uniform’s print-and-cut solutions. A fully kitted-out van is now available to visit sign-makers, print bureaux and other interested businesses in their own locations, thus preventing loss of income from being out of the office, wasting time and incurring unwanted travelling expenses.

The Uniform Mobile Demo Unit is configured to enable personal, one-to-one demonstrations, and features the cost-effective Uniform Lancer G2 bundle which incorporates an eco-solvent wide-format printer in a choice of 1.3 and 1.63 m widths. Also included is a Uniform Ultima cutting plotter, plus a full set of inks, a take-up system, full training and the TROOP! RIP.
The mobile unit enables users to test the printers with their own artwork and to view all possible applications from the Uniform media swatch book. An experienced training specialist will demonstrate the capabilities of both the printer and cutter, and also be able to discuss individual requirements from potential purchasers.

Arranging a visit from the Uniform Mobile Demo Unit couldn’t be easier. Interested companies can log on to the B&P Graphics web site at bpgraphics.co.uk follow the link and complete the registration form.
Andrew Wilson of B&P Graphic Systems states: "The introduction of the Uniform Mobile Demo Unit is another example of how we can simplify the choosing and purchasing of wide-format digital printing equipment. We appreciate how much time it takes to visit resellers and view new printers, and this solution is designed to ease the burden for potential buyers. It’s also testimony to the rugged quality of our systems that they can be demonstrated on the road in this manner."

B&P Graphic Systems simplifies textile printing with the D-gen Teleios

To cater for the growing number of companies wanting to output direct to fabrics, B&P Graphic Systems has introduced the D-gen Teleios textile printer. This wide-format photo-realistic system is easy to use and doesn’t involve a transfer process, thus making it a space-saving solution for the low-cost production of high quality applications including banners, flags and soft signs, clothing and wallpaper.

The D-gen Teleios’s ability to print direct to fabric reduces the amount of physical space required for operation by removing the need for post-treatment processes such as steaming and transfer. Designed to print at speeds of up to 38 square m/hour direct to polyester-based materials, quality results are produced without curvature, banding, fabric twist or colour deflection on continuous output. With its ability to be run unmanned over long periods of time, even jobs which are more than 100 m in length can be output quickly and easily thanks to the Teleios’s textile feed system.

The key to the D-gen Teleios Textile’s superiority is its vivid output, excellent light-fastness and water-resistance. Dense and accurate colours can be produced on polyester-based fabrics which can be viewed from both the front and the rear of the material. Its four- and eight-colour large capacity ink systems use micro-captive air pressure to ensure picogram precision, and an easy feeding system avoids spillage and wastage.

The D-gen Teleios is available in two widths of 1.88 m or 2.6 m and is supplied with the TROOP! Rip v 6 and a comprehensive twelve month warranty. Optional extras include the PM-180 pre-coating unit, specifically designed for the Teleios to remove wrinkles and misalignment, and the economical Fumebuster which features a water-washable reusable filtration system. Also available are a heat cutter and take-up roller.

Andrew Wilson of B&P Graphic Systems comments: "Printing to textiles is a major growth area for sign-makers, screen-printers and digital bureaux. We see the D-gen Teleios opening up a host of business opportunities for users wanting to print direct to a broad selection of textiles used in the display and promotional markets. Additionally, this machine has the ability to produce items such as curtains, furnishings, wallpapers and other furnishings, making it a truly versatile addition to a print provider’s range of services."
