    Hi Guys / Gals

We have just received an order from B&P for what should have been 4 x Lyson 007 series Activasol Premium which they have on special.

However, what they have sent is 2 x Extreme Ultra Mimaki jv3 Eco- sol ink. product code Eu413 and 2 x Activa sol premium solvent ink Product code Lws007 mail. Both bottles have a pixalated picture of a rock climber on the label.

When i told them that they had sent the wrong product they informed me that I was was wrong !!! and that it’s all the same product and just add it to the Lyson ink we currently using.

Before i send it back stating that they are crazy and could we please have our money back, i was just wanting to confirm that it’s not me that’s wrong.

We should know better by now… but the boss does like a bargin.

Personally… I would definitely send them back !! Even if they were FREE.

    Not worth the potential hassle.

I heard from two other suppliers that B&P are no longer licensed to sell Nazdar / Lyson ink. Useless company, we have moved to Select tech for all solvent and z6100 bits including service . Also has anyone had any dealings with PaperGraphics?

Hi Gavin. That’s what i expected. Just phoned Lyson and they did stop selling B&P Last month. We have been using RSPD for our inks. It’s just in this case B&P were offering LYSON 1L inks for £50. Should have known it was too good to be true.

It’s funny you mention Papergraphics. We had David the rep in last week dropping off a swatch. I’ve used them previously at my last work and found some of their specialist products like canvas and "perforated vinyl" decent enough quality at excellent prices. Never bought any of their vinyl though. couldn’t say.

    Hi

i only asked because I have had some weird experiences with Paper Graphics also, we bought a roll of vinyl from them that had virtually no tack and would stick to anything, when I complained they sent Mike down straight away who proceeded to tell me Paper Graphics had never supplied the product to us the week before. Made us feel like liars.
We are not a big company and don’t have huge amounts of stock rolling through the door, besides that we usually know who supplied what! We use a hell of a lot of banner material and after being told on the phone that they were out of stock three times running on three different occasions I gave up. Never had a supplier struggling like that to actually supply.

    Regards
    Gavin
