I’m at home so no swatch, but try the Metamark Metaglide range, looks very similar to one we used on a van a few months back.

Supreme Wrapping films is a great vinyl to work with, but two I dislike working with are brushed metal and matt metallic.
I have often done wrap training using the Avery matt metallic and I didn’t like it. it did have a nice finish and was very easy to handle but from the ones I personally used, they were very “transparent” and felt very thin. I can only imagine colour vibrancy issues or colour shifts when wrapping light matt colours on top of dark vehicle bodywork.same with the brushed, lovely surface finish, but due to it being a laminate of sorts, it did not conform as well as the rest of the range and if you used it in a deep recess it could easily split along the grain of the brush pattern.
I can’t help with regard to better prices. Arlon and Oracal are in the same class bracket but I don’t recall seeing either with matt metallic finishes.

Nope ive looked through all my stuff nothing comes close enough for a match. Closest i can find (darker) MM64 matt metallic graphite Mactac colourwrap

This is for a cut job that gets quite expensive now that there is no substitute option for this kind of finish of vinyl.

Have you tried laminating matt laminate onto some chrome or metallic silver?
Try it with some off-cuts of vinyl.avery launched a range of transparent colour-tinted films to allow you to mix and match different chrome colours.
I know some create their own Matt Chrome lamenting regular chrome wrapping films. so you maybe able to acheive this cheaper than you think. -
Oracal 970 matt 932 Graphite or 937 Charcoal might do the job. MacTac do a dark metallic grey cutting vinyl – 9889-01 Charcoal. Might be a bit dark,
and it’s gloss.
Avery 746 is a dark grey metallic, which is quite matt.

Bit late to the party as usual!
I quite like the Oracal 970 if it has to go though a plotter.
It is a little thicker than the others so works well. I’m sure that there is a matte mettalic too.
Just completed this little guy yesterday and it was all cut from the product.
