Avery MPI 3002 removable Material changed – feedback needed.
I use a fair amount of MPI 3002 (grey back removable) material for temporary printed adverts on glass and other direct printed substrates that form partitions that I am covering.
In recent months, the MPI 3002 is black glue instead of a grey back. This recent material also leaved the black glue all over the substrate, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a removable material. It also means that during cleanup I have to be very careful not to damage the original imagery on the substrate. Although it will be covered again soon, the original imagery needs to remain pristine.
Has anyone else having the same issue with recent batches? (last 4 – 5 months)
Your feedback or that of Avery themselves would be useful.
I have spoken to my Suppliers, ‘had this mentioned to them’.
