when i was a service engineer, our bosses decided we needed real time trackers, they were a pain cos they knew when you stopped, due to always running about we had our lunch breaks at odd times and they were always pestering on the phone, we worked out a way to write "off to lunch" rather loosely, using the lanes around brighton but we never ever got around to doing it!
