    Hi all
was originally going to show the fabrication of the 2 pole signs but lost the photos so thought i would show the end result & a few bits from the same job.

The pole signs where fabricated by creating a jig to hold the poles on the router & machining a slot in each pole. The panel is 6mm aluminium with 25mm box section riveted to the end of each panel. Counter sunk bolts then go through the pole, box section and secured into threaded holes in the 6mm plate. The top caps where machined from 6mm plate with steps to keep them centralized & a slot to lock onto the panel. These where then finished by powder coating, cost to make these was approximately 50% of the cost to buy them in.

The wall plank sign is a refurbished unit, stripped of the original graphics, rubbed down & wet painted then new graphics applied.
The poles of the 3 plank sign where refurbished on site with the planks done as above.

The Bramely Building signs are new tray from Ashby fitted over existing trays

    Kev
