    Hi
I have to post out a repair logo to a bodyshop but the application sheet is not attaching to the vinyl and causing problems at the bodyshop, what is the best stuff to use so it stays attached for the customer etc

I do graphics for a local toyota dealership, some of their stuff comes with the app tape / paper over-sized at the ends, and folded around to stick to the backing paper, thus not lifting up. It’s a bit of a pain to undo sometimes but nothing insurmountable !

or cut a 1cm border around the graphics and trim the application tape to the border. Should stop it curling and lifting?

Is this curling and lifting? Or when they go to pull it off the letters stay on the sheet? If so the cut pressure is to high or knife is sticking out to far from the holder. Or it could be very cold in there workshop.

We send out a lot of these and use the R-Tape 4075 RLA range and works a treat. Remember not to roll them up too tight and always graphics facing outwards.

3M makes app tapes with different tack strengths for exactly this purpose
