Anyone know the closest match to Pantone reflex blue?

There’s no real good match,
but i would say the nearest was Cobolt blue 751-065

Does it need to be Oracal?

MacTac 9839-26 is supposed to be Reflex Blue. At least by using that, if you get a complaint, you can point them to the Allprint Supplies colour swatch where it is clearly labelled as such.

As a general principle I hate matching blues. Reds are much easier.
