you will never get 6’x5′ mate!
    it works…

    3’x6′
    4’x8′
    5’x10′

at that, you wont get a 10’x5′ painted. if you do… you will pay an arm and a leg if they say they can!

we buy about 20 sheets of 8’x4′ at a time. 8’x4′ try mutimetals in bellshill. scotland.
anything bigger. buy yourself and spray, far cheaper. 😀

Can you not have your supplier cut a 5’x10′ painted aluminum sheet to size?
My supplier in Pittsburgh does it all the time, and they only charge $7.
The last time I bought a sheet that size, it was around $90.
When I have aluminum cut, I always have them slice up the cut-offs for me to equal sizes.
They come in quite handy for small panels.
    Love….Jill

Cant believe you guys are saying this

Pick you size pick your colour phone Ashby trade signs and you will have it in a couple of days http://www.ashbytrade.co.uk

Painted aluminium sheet is not expensive.

A more cost effective way is to use Reynobond, dibond or alucore. All as good as aluminium but not quite the same finish.
