Aluminium threstles wanted !!
Hi gang, I need to buy two pairs of aluminium trestles, 12 feet high, so if you have some that are not used and collecting dust in the corner of your workshop, you can turn them into cash !!! I am based in Yorkshire, but travell throughout the UK, so distance is not a problem. Please ring me on

if you dont get any brian, try “the clow group” in glasgow they do great alloy trassles and catwalks. amonst tons of other stuff….

I was thinking about buying a set of tressles but I was told they were now illegal under health and safety, is this true?

sorry martin cant help you there.
what i can say is this. i bought them from the clow groups trade factory in glasgow. thses guys actualy manufacture there ladders, steps, trestles etc..
they will take you into a huge factory with hundreds of various ladders etc.. they do the aloy and wood catwalks which i also recommend..
now my point is this, if they where illegal these guys would not be selling them… let alone still making them.
it may be that in some trades they are such as electricians.. i dont know, sorry.
i guess you could call them they will tell you if they are or not.. 🙂 🙄
