I’ve fallen in love with dibond as what I beleive to be a very versatile signmaking medium. I would love to hear comments from other users.

yep i like the stuff too…
have to say though ive been buying an alternative to it… “rynabond” virtually the same stuff but cheaper… you can buy this from amari plastics… now saying that “again” europoiunt displays have just come on the market with yet another alternative… “alucolor” cheaper again i think also…. 😉

oh and another thing.. which i think di-bond have only just started doing… colours
well what i mean is all the colours rynabond and alucolour come in are backed by a white sheet.
so if you buy black its white on the back and if you buy red its white on the back and so on.
so your never left with an off-cut you wont use because of the colour…

    hi rob,
can you tell me how much the alucolour costs from europoint. I need 12 sheets (8x3mm & 4x2mm) and I was going to get them from amari but I’ll hang fire until I hear from you. I know europoint do verkeplan al but it’s too expensive and they haven’t done any discount on it – I’ve checked the group and non-group pricelists.
Look forward to hearing from you on this one!
    cheers
    joe

off the top of my head mate you maybe looking at about £70-£75 a sheet. but you should be able to knock them down a good bit if your taking 12…
ask amari what they want and ask europoint… remind them your a member also and see what they say…
post the prices if you like in the members area for both companies…
even if you use amari in the end. it would be good to see what you get it for…

if europiont cant beat them then ill speak with them in my next meeting why. ill ask if there is a real reason or if they just arent willing to go lower.
