hi gray.
i have’nt used hexus. but, as far as im led to beleave it is the exact same vinyl as mactac but rebranded.
mactac is an excellent vinyl & i used it for many years.
the life is 5-7 years on certain colours. thats because the 7 or 8 years they say it covers is only for black & white. colours and especialy the warm colours. red, orange, yellow etc are only 5 years. this is because the the UV rays attack these vinyls more and bleach its colour.
ive never personaly seen any faded mactac vinyl ive applied over the years, nor have i had any problems with it. so i would give it the thumbs up.
i think there is a difference in the adhesive used though.
what hexis and mactac use can be totally different. so ide check on that first. with the heat & the sunshine in your country i would be very carefull to check on what this garauntee actualy covers. 🙄 -
I’ve used them a few times Gray, I’ve never had any problems with either the service or the quality of there materials but I cant comment on how the vinyls stand the test of time as we haven’t been in business that long.
