    Morning All

Ive got a request for Door Signs, i.e.Computer Room, Store Room

Just wanted to know if anyone has any ideas what would be the best way to go around making these.

Looked at engraving or etching but the cost is going to be way out of budget

I was thinking some Mill finish Dibond with black vinyl cut lettering

with radial corners on the dibond

    any suggestions

    much appreciated

    cheers

    T

Spandex do a range, as do others

Have a look at the toolbar, as Glen says spandex do them as do a few others. I wouldn’t be looking to try and make these myself, better to just buy the signs in ready made and just add the vinyl.

We would usually use the vista sign range of stuff for this. Very professional looking and not at all expensive

    Hello Taroon,

I’ve got a question, are these gonna be ADA signs?

If so, then this is how I usually make them:
    1/8" Inch thick acrylic backing
1/32" ADA Rowmark (Cut on the laser)
Braille dome holes cut using the CNC
    Painted Sub-surface.

    Sublimation onto metal looks good.
