  • Adding Braille to existing signage

Does anyone know how to add Braille to existing signage. Is there any method other than getting the sign remade. This is for a care home organisation that have a number of directional signs and door signs that would now like to add Braille.
    Thanks

UV print the braille to vinyl and stick it to the sign.
I was in Roland years ago when they were printing braille via their small roll to roll UV machine. doing prototype boxes and labels with braille. was impressive!
3D printing a small panel and adhering to the sign work also, but I doubt it would be as neat.

You could also try talking to Steve at Bespoke Manufacturing, Highly recommend them for any Braille bits you may need…

    Hi

The usual manufacturing method for this that we would use would be to produce the braille on 1.5mm clear ada sticker to be bonded to current signage.
