    i dont really know andre, but some of the biggest ink companies around the world like sericol, why have we not got water based now?

    i bet the fact that they have been investing in Solvent technology for so long as something to do with it. I have heard of other ink companies who have produced latex ink that has never made it in to a production printer. Was written about on one of the Large Format review sites.
