Inspired by a thread I saw by Dewi I think, I realised I could offer A Boards to people now I am cutting viny. Well one of my clients was looking for one anyway, perfect timing.

Thought I would show it off, Im happy with all of it except the greeny ‘open’ strip on one side, its full of air bubbles, looks like it got rained on….ARGH:evil:. So Im going to leave it overnight and see what happens. Probably end up replacing it.

I don’t need to say its not the msot exciting of projects, but you know how it is. Its nice to share. 😀

Well done Orangedog – Looks good

    Its all a learning curve

Try using a scalpel to pinprick the the bubbles (not in the middle but at the edge) and squeeze out.

Blimey! 😮 I inspired someone! Thats got to be a first 😉

Nice job with that, it looks fantastic! I tend to over-complicate most of my designs, wish I could design as cleanly as that 😕 😳 Good to hear the work is coming in and I’m looking forward to meeting you at SignUK (and spotting your car! 😉 )

Edit: Oye, just noticed your app dispenser! Nice one 😀 No one will ever be able to hang their clothes again, but at least we get to tape up vinyl easier 😉 😉

    Cheers, Dewi

hahah!! 😀 thats twice then you inspired me and the second was subliminal, I did see your post with the clothes rail app dispenser!!! Then forgot where I saw it, so much info from this site in the last few weeks its overwhelming.

I dont think I would even half way to where I am without this place, it gave me the confidence to just go for it.

Im looking forward to meeting people at the NEC, a bit shy also being such a newcomer but everyone seems friendly to me, excellent.

How do we find each other, are we all going to wear a red rose or something? 😉

Ahh now worries, I’m a newbie myself, its all how you look at it 😀 I’ve made some major mistakes this last week on a big job, but with help from here, its been made a whole lot less of a mess and everythings back on track. I don’t see anything wrong with being the newbie, and with everyone here being so friendly, you make new mates fast 😀

I’m the same as you in the respect that I wouldn’t be where I am if it wasn’t for the help of the guys (and gals of course 😀 ) on here. I can’t help thanking ppl all the time 😉

Glad the clothes rail is working for you though. I’ve found it to be invaluable, as it alters in height when you’re doing those long runs. I’m getting 2 more for the shop, one for different sizes of app tape and another for my cleaning cloth rolls. Plus the b*ggers are portable!! 😮 😀

Watch out for the big white van on the NEC carpark though, Mr Lambie is driving and he takes no prisoners!!! 🙄 😛 😮

    Cheers, Dewi
