• Buy – Sell – Employment

  A blow to my business , but perhaps a windfall for a UK Co.

  My exceptionally capable 2nd in charge , right hand lady etc is emigrating to England (surrey I think) and this is a huge blow to me as she effectively ran my business. she had personal problems here and wanted to basically start a new life with her son , I didnt enquire too much into it.
  She is going to be working for some promotional product co at what I think is a really sucky salary , max 3k per month + car and cell (2k + 1k for target)
  She would be an outstanding asset to any signage co , she was hugely instrumental in building up my business. She is computer literate in Corel , word etc etc (tho she is NOT a computer designer , she has a great design sense and is very creative)
  She came originally from the signage supply industry , knows all about engraving , routing , lasers, digital printing , doming , awards etc . She is conversant with ALL the products and services on my site ( http://tokerbros.co.za ) and if presented with a concept can work out how it can be done with the machinery at hand (and quote on it!!)
  She is an incredible administrator , fantastic with staff and is one of the best Reps/salesperon I have ever seen. The way she gets on with customers is wonderful. She takes no crap without offending anyone , has a great sense of who would be time wasters and will get the best price possible for the work. She will find the right suppliers and hound em to deliver the right stuff on time. She partially controlled a workshop of 20+ people, she is financially savvy and financially trustworthy. She exudes an air of confidence and inspires huge loyalty in her customers. She is fanatical about quality , customer satisfaction and timeous delivery. We are VERY VERY sad to see her go. Whichever endevour she attempts , she is successful in.

  She has not asked me to post this at all as she already has a job lined up (I don’t think it’s 100% cut and dried re salary), but If there is anyone interested in such a person , mail me and I will give you her details and how to contact her . she flies out on Friday (21/1) so mail me the week after.
  I can assure you that whatever the level of your company is , she will elevate it beyond your expectations.
