I have to fit a sign over a drain pipe the sign is 2’x3′ and is to be mounted next to the main entrance to a cafe so is in full view so a discreet bracket or fixing is needed. I did think about using stand offs but can only find them in 80mm, I’m guessing any longer would render them useless.

For the sign I’m either thinking panel and frame all in black or 3mm solid ali with rounded corners and chrome stand offs

    Any ideas?

a composite or ally tray would be my choice, just cut out the shape of the drainpipe from the return.

I did think that Peter but a tray of that size with a 150mm return on an old stone style building would look out of keeping I think it would look too boxy
