    Hi all…
    Happy new year!
I have moved back to the UK from NZ and I am starting a new sign shop in West Sussex.
Mostly traditional signwriting, but I will do some vehicles as well.
I am looking for a 1220mm or 1370mm plotter in good nick.
    roland, graphtec, or summa preferred.
If you prefer to email me rather than post here, it is noah@noahsart.design

    Anybody?
    Simon.

You still looking for one Simon?

Just ordered a new one af Sign & digital, so got a fc8000-130 going up for sale shortly.

Thanks David, I ended up with a brand new FC 8600 130 from graphtec.
Would have bought yours in a heartbeat though
What have you replaced it with?

Same as you. 😆 opted for the 160 though, we can print that size, and will be handy cutting wrap film at 1520mm.

The FC does’t have ethernet, and I’m getting sick of plugging the USB between 3 machines.

The newer ARMS system is an improvement too.

Other than that its the same machine as the FC, but ours must be 10 years old now. Still a great work horse.

Maximum width it will cut is 1300mm between the pinch rollers, but you can load 1600mm media in to the plotter, so long as the registration marks are within the pinch rollers.

Yes has the optical eye, we’ve used it through signlab VPM & Cutting mater 2&3, using USB.

We’re thinking around £2000+VAT, but open to sensible offers.

Video of the plotter working this morning doing some print & cut. (I’m no Spielberg)
    $this->BBvideo_pass(‘$8’, ‘$4’, ‘$7’)
