3M GOLD squeegee.. ?
Just thought I would ask, if you use 3M gold squeegee, where do you buy yours and roughly how much? Cost doesn’t matter really, just curious where etc.
I have some to buy & haven’t used one in years now. Hence why I don’t know were..
Well actually I do… but not quickly enough.
No! its not for me to use daily.. well it is, but more for my own squeegee tests etc.. you know the story… 😉 -

Gold Squeegees I get from Cherwell Signs or Spandex – from £2.35 each…or maybe not? 😕

I get mine from spandex, there not cheap though (just like everything from spandex) they’re doing a nice blue squeegee with one side felt covered, after using these for about a year I prefer them over the golds.

I can buy them anywhere over here for $3.99.
My original was stolen (in my sign kit along with everything I owned) last Spring.
The one I have now was mailed to me from Australia by John Jordan.
I use felt squeegees too for certain things…have a MacTac freebie. But please don’t be mad…I don’t use MacTac.

i have an account with cherwell as i buy signfoam from them. so ill cal them in morning..i use kpmf felt & mactac felt squeegees 99% these days.
innocent, the blue ones i guess are the new avery ones.. nice squeegees but a few things i dont like about them. keeping under my hat at the mo though…
i have tried a good few decent squeegees so far. as you may all know im testing so i can come up with a better solution of my own… (maybe)
the gold is the last of many..
does anyone know of any other quality squeegees out there?

seriously though, i have used many different squidgers as i call them, ranging from rollers to window cleaning squeegies, i found that felt ones are best for most vinyl work but are very unhygeinic 😳 . Rigid wallpaper squeegies (10” long with curved corners) are worth a try for transfer taping but dont last 2 days because the plastic is too brittle to handle the force needed 🙁 . Screen printing squeegies and window cleaning squeegies work perfect for overlaying perspex or glass with a bit of lube on top of the vinyl.
If it looks like a squidger, try it.

i too find the felt ones are the best all rounders.. but do also have some downsides.. ive tried and tested many different types.. just refering back to the 3m one now..
i had to buy bloody 25 of them today just for a mess around with.. oh well looks like our lots all got a new 3m gold each 😆
