And not far short of 11,000 registered users either.
I wonder where they all went?

yeh i was hoping we would have hit the 11,000 along with the 300,000 at the same time… but what the hell, near enough! :lol1:
i think it is great to see our registrations climbing so high. especially when we are the only sign site i know of that asks for full contact info before allowing registration. this has been in place for many years now. UKSB often got slated for it, just like we do for moderating…
well years down the line now and there isn’t a site on the go that’s not moderating to some degree, as well as "trying to" tighten up a little on just allowing anyone on their sites. a tad hypocritical me thinks! 😉 :lol1:John, IF ONLY a tiny portion of these folk started posting the site would burn up. in some ways i think it would be great, in others not so… UKSB can clock upto about 450 messages posted in a 24hr period. when it gets like that moderating is extremely difficult as well as following posts, because many posts drop off the latest topic bar and go unanswered. 😕
i recon if a 1/4 of the daily traffic actually posted we would need "latest topics" bars for each of the main sign forums. bedlam… :lol1:anyway, i rate quality over quantity every time. 😀
