Posted by Robert Lambie on December 30, 2005 at 10:48 pm

as 2006 closes in on us… i browsed some old pics from 2005 signuk meet… so decided to post them now. 😉
these pics hardly cover the amount of us to meet up at the show.. these were just some of the ones i caught on camera while i remembered to take pictures instead of drink. 😀
at one point i counted over 35 of us in the bar at one time and that was just while collin gillman bought drinks. :lol1:
    god knows how many we missed day 1 & 3 ? 😕

    hope you enjoy 😀

The middle day is the best for me Rob.
If I leave Pittsburgh on the 8th, I’ll arrive in Glasgow on the 9th, and have a few hours to regroup before flying in for a quick visit on the 10th.
Then it’s off to get tickled in the Trossachs on the 11th!
Just look for a short chubby American woman with big eyes and too many teeth.

I checked out flights from Glasgow to Sign UK…very cheap.
Now if I only understood the British way of writing the time…
I can figger that the plane leaves around 8:30 in the morning or so,
just not sure which flight to take back the same day,
so my friend Catherine & I are not too beat to drive to Stewart’s meet.

Don’t forget to take into account the various time zones in the UK Jill. 😮

Scotland is 4 hours ahead of England, and you’ll need your passport and imigration certificate when you go through the customs after flying down from Scotland. This can take a while as the English customs officials are very thorough and quite sadistic when searching the Jocks that have just flown in. 😉

    Jill,
if I were you I would fly into a southern airport, luton, east midlands, or bimingham,#
Then fly or drive to scotland. and leave from glasgow.

I’m flying into Glasgow early on May 9th, I’ll be staying with my friend.
I figger we’ll fly in on the morning of the 10th and back out that evening (probably around 6pm?)
I do have my passport and all that good stuff, and even my booster shots.
I checked Lynn’s link and is Luton the airport by Sign UK?
