  Summa D120 slow at cutting – help please?

  Hi all, our summa 120D has suddenly decided to only cut at 100mm/s. Got it set at 700 on the cutter and the same on signblazer and signlab but it still only cuts at 100, any suggestions most welcome before I sling it out the window?

  you could try doing a factory reset believe you can do it from menu settings, at least it will tell you if its just a setting on the cutter that been altered accidentally or a problem with the cutter. The fact that more than one type of software is giving the same result does point to cutter. Have you a manual if not you can get it here

  Mine is doing the exact same thing, mostly when using the registration mark cuts
