    Is it accepable when flood coating if the vinyl isn’t wide enough to use an overlap ie using 610mm on a 1000 mm panel?

    I guess that’s up to your client Gordon. if its a correx or cheap sign then may be acceptable otherwise I would use 1 piece.

    I feel is shouldn’t be to be honest.
    Been waiting for the vinyl over 1500 wide for 3 days may spray paint though i dont really want to

    I don’t really think it is acceptable but then it depends on the job as Martin says, customer can easy be given the options & pricing & make a decision for themselves.
    What does your supplier have to say about the vinyl your waiting for? Most are next day delivery unless they are out of stock & waiting for stock to arrive but if this is the case they should be able to tell you when it will be arriving.

    Got the vinyl they had put the wrong address on it missed a zero and even though the postcode was right, still too complicated for the delivery man.
