  can anyone help me source a cutting mat for Graphtec please?

  Good afternoon ……

  I’m after some more supplier advice.
  Anyone know where I can purchase a new cutting mat for a Graphtec Pro FC4100-130 ??

  I’ve contacted Graphtec but they haven’t responded to any of my queries. 😥

  did you use the telephone to contact them? I never had a problem getting bits from them

  You should have no problems ringing them and ask to speak to consumables

  managed to speak to them and get the part in the end.

  They’ve sent something through but not sure it’s the right bit. 😕
