1. Registration, Subscription, and Newsletter

By registering an account on uksignboards.com, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the Forum Rules.
Registration automatically opts you into our email newsletter, which keeps business users informed of industry news, blog articles, educational materials, and resources.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by contacting rob@uksignboards.com.

Newsletter Frequency

Newsletters are sent no more than 3 times per month.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the newsletter at any time, and may unsubscribe users for any reason, including false registration details.

2. Membership and Payment Terms

Annual Membership and Renewal

Membership is annual and renews automatically every 12 months unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, via Stripe or PayPal.
Payment receipts are sent instantly to your registered email. Retain this receipt for your records.

VAT

No VAT is charged on membership payments.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, access to membership areas is suspended until payment is received.
It is your responsibility to maintain up-to-date payment information.

3. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time up to 24 hours before the renewal date by:
1. Complete the membership cancellation form (link provided in your account area).
2. Emailing rob@uksignboards.com or chris@uksignboards.com.
3. Cancelling recurring payments directly in your PayPal or Stripe account.
Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal and payment data is used solely to provide membership services and process payments.
We comply with UK GDPR and all relevant data protection laws.

5. Copyright and Content

6. Limitation of Liability
