    XC-540 very odd head drop out

    Hi Everyone,

    I’m not as new here as i seem, i have just lost my old account details 😳 So ive had to start a fresh account….

    Over the last few days ive had some very odd drop out on my Light Magenta head (please see pic)

    Now that side of the head has completely dropped out…. any suggestions on what is going on here, i haven’t had any trouble with this head before….

    I am just praying it isnt the head itself

    Any feedback is very appreciated

    Hi Garrick, looks very like the supply is air locked ? Do you have a syringe to draw through some ink?

    check the carts one may be empty

    I’d look at damper or even head manifold…?
