    Hello,

We’ve just got a project of some 150 perspex L Shaped POS Stands, to be cut, bent (right square regular bend) and apply vinyl to them. Nothing "hard". However, when we got a sample of what needs to be done, we have some questions. Since the stand doesn’t need to be laser-cut, I guess it was cut by saw, however the edges are somewhat "round", polished or buffed. The edge is very very clean. How is it done the cheapest, easiest and fastest way?

    Thanks a lot.

Looks like it was done on a buffing wheel, that will round off the edges like that.

Which machine should I use? Which stone to buy? Thanks!

It is not a stone it is a cotton disk/wheel. Fit it onto a grinding wheel in place of the stone wheel, rub some polishing compound onto the wheel and offer the edge of the perspex to the wheel and polish away. Test it out on some scrap pieces first and keep applying the compound/polish.
Do an ebay search for buffing machine/wheel etc.

Thanks again. Finally we just ordered them all laser cut.
Got the buffing wheel for the next jobs.
