    Can anyone tell me how to change the spacing between one sentence and the other in Word

    I take it your talking a general text document.

    Go to

    Format >
    Paragraph >
    Line Spacing

    It then gives you various options.

    Thats in Microsoft Office Word 2003, I’ve 2007 here but its a bit more complicated. If thats what you using let me know and I’ll have another run at it to remind myself.

    Hi jonny
    That says single line
    The problem i have is when i press enter it doesn’t go to the next line below it leaves a big space

    Sounds like you have it set to double line spacing need to fine the button for single line mate.
