  • Wooden poster holders – Supplier needed

I’m looking for someone who supplies poster frames, either freestanding or window hung, in timber. Or at least something that wouldn’t look amiss in a very posh oak panelled office and Georgian exterior.

I’ve got Silvercases sending me a brochure as I know they do a fair bit of posh stuff like this, but has anyone else got any suppliers?

this might sound daft mate but… worst comes to the worst, you could use the regular trim type frames and cover the face in wood effect vinyl or the stuff from b&q? grafityp do the wood vinyl i think…

Hmmm, yes I could. I’ve even considered making something myself, I’m not too bad with a few tools and a bit of timber. Just for once, a customer was not put off by the mention of high expense. It’s for my financial advisor and the bastard’s loaded, so I thought I would go for something a bit upmarket!

if its window hung you could probably varnish up some nice strips of mahogany, fix it top and bottom with some small gold screws and hung from thin gold chain. would probably look the part…
