Looking for a bit of help.
For some strange reason everytime i open a graphic in corel x3 it opens in wireframe,how do i stop this from doing so

See attached where you can turn wireframe off,
Hopefully solve problem

Go to >Tools.Customisation.
Look under ‘Document’
There is a setting there that dictates what view a doc opens in.

Once you have set your preferences then try "Tools menu" and then save settings at Default.
