    hi just bought this upgrade and i am getting a problem with the screen crashing/freezing as i try to cut causing the plotter to go offline and the blade carry to return to the left

    any help would be much appreciated

    Hi Martin,

    Hard to say. You say its an upgrade, What were you running before? Was the plotter running properly with the previous installation? Are the com port and baud settings set correctly on plotter codes?

    If your plotter was running previously with other software can you revert to that to eliminate a fault with the plotter?

    hi john
    was running signpcletter2005,plotter was running fine and its a redsail 1120 plotter com2 9600 baud

    got it fixed and running properly now was something to do with the cutting setting i just hadnt entered them right but foned signmax in canada and they had it up and running in 5 mins

    the vectorisation on this package is amazing done a few things this morning and it makes some nice cutter images from jpegs
