    hi ive been asked by a client if u can get a vinyl that will last underwater in salt water

    was reading about the avery boat wrap vinyl but just wondered if anybody new of a vinyl

    Years ago we did a submarine in 751, it worked and lasted fine in a sea loch. Now we use avery 700 and so loads of boats, not submerged but lasts fine.

    i’ve used 751 on fishing boat hulls, and also 651, both seem t get a good dose of sea water, and both handle it ok, i’ve laminated them with clear too.

    just remembered another underwater use… i repaired a split diaghram in the toilet cistern a while ago, covered bth sides of the original in 751 (red and black if you’re interested !!), seems to be stuck fine, it’s submerged 24/7 too !

    i do a lot of jetskis, mainly stand up, freestyle hulls, they are being launched off 6-8ft waves every weekend in the sea and i have never had any vinyl fail. I use hexis suptac. and have even used some glitter cast stuff on my own ski and never had it come off before
