why is plotter not recognising the left hand-side of media?
Help please! I cannot get my new cutter to recognise the left hand edge of the media I am using. Each time I send work to the cutter it cuts but cuts over the edge of the left hand side. As a newbie to this, am I missing something when setting up? Any assistance greatly appreciated. 🙁

I have a Creation PCut 360 and am using WinPCSign Letter 2005. I worked through the manual set up and have achieved a cut in the media from WinPCSign Letter 2005, but still it cuts over the edge of the media but only on the left hand side.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, although I have had enough for today, so will implement anything suggested tomorrow! With thanks.

Check the size of the media you are cutting then make sure you have a smaller size in your document setup. If it’s the same size or larger then that’s the problem.

Cutters cut from right to left, so ensure your origin (original starting point) is approx 10mm in from the right hand edge of the vinyl – as long as the image size fits all should be ok.
