why is my versacamm printing too dark?
anyone shed some light on this? Printing photos with a red tinge, not overly but characters come out very suntanned.
Have cleaned and test print seems fine
Time for a service?
sp300v with eco sol inks -

if you normal printing is as expected then its possibly the file.
set the white Grey and black points in PS this should neutralize the suntan.chris

Cheers Chris, I was thinking the file but not so sure. I have an engineer here tomorrow to take a look. Will let you know the outcome
