Why is my L26500 cutting every job off?
My L26500 has decided to cut the sheet after every job now. I’m sure it’s because of something I have done but cannot figure out how to stop it! I’m using Onyx 10.2 and it is usually set set to ‘print jobs individually’. I did a job where I set it to ‘Conserve media’ and after that job it just cut the sheet. Can;t for the life of me find a ‘cut sheet’ option in the RIP that I can turn off, and setting ‘enable cutter’ on the machine to off doesn’t stop it either. Any ideas?

Hi John
The cutter option is part of the media profile, you just need to deselect the checkbox. I seem to remember that HP have it turned on in their profiles where as the profiles we’ve had from Allprint have it turned off.
