Anyway – glad the move is over – looking forward to seeing a few pictures. We moved units back in June over a single weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it all went – the only problem we had (like you) was we had to wait 4 weeks to get broadband running again. This had all been set up before hand and shouldn’t hav e been a problem but as usual BT cocked up eveything. But at least they transferred our tel. no. to the new place – but this only happened because we were extra vigilant with them.

I would say "anyone moving – BT are rubbish!!!!" Only ever call in the evening when India has gone to sleep. Its one thing to learn English and read prompts from a computer, but unless you have been speaking the language daily then forget a technical conversation. I can speak German comfortably, but no where near enough to operate in a call centre :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:
