    hi all i have the pc60 print cut roland machine it cuts fine just wat ever i cut is smaller than its meant to be any one no why
    im useing flexi sign7.5 pro
    with the design central to do the measuring i size a sunstrip graphic to 75 cm accross and 10 cm high it cuts it no probs but it comes out as 52 cm long and 7 hiogh

    its set to 100 percent as well
    im stumped

    why don’t you just draw it up the correct size in Flexi, that would be the easiest way to do it rather than having to resize in design central.

    What build number is your Flexi because I read somewhere that there had been some problems with one of them. If you contact scanvec then they should be able to help you further.

    Clear preferences, restart flexi and try again. This may solve your problem.

    On a mac open your applications, click on Flexi and clear prefs is in the menu, double click and restart flexi. You’ll have to setup your plotter etc. in production manager but I find this usually gets rid of any problems.
