    Maybe try them.
I always add a drop of fire or bright red to metallic gold to aid in opacity.

Here’s a little thing we noticed.
Take 2 items (popsicle sticks) and paint one with Metallic Gold and then paint the other with Metallic Brass….make sure you mark them because
when they’re dry you are going to swear that the Brass is the Gold and the Gold is the Brass! 😉

Sad thing is tho, that they would probably never be able to get metallic brass.
It is much nicer than the metallic gold, I agree.
I also like Kemp’s Permagild, much thicker and shinier.
1-Shot has tons of colors that some folks only see at Letterhead meets.
I have waited up to two years for my supplier to start stocking them.

Jill, we have a Pearl art center about 30 mins from us that we occassionally spend hours at :lol1: they have lots of 1shot…..good to grab some if you are ever in a rush and can’t wait. If you ever want/need any let me know and I will pick it up and ship off to you…….hey I can be a supplier too LOL

I know you’ll hate me when I tell you I’ve only got to pop down the road to Handovers for my signwriting sundries

Handy when you’ve just sized in your letters and then realise you haven’t enough gold to do the job. (hot) Rush down the road and back before the size goes off tack 😀

Do they do a week drying size John? That is what I would need to nip to Handovers, saying that their delivery is A1… 😀
