  • which model of the ezytaper do members use?

    Hi all,

I have been operating for about 2.5 years now in my multimedia business and we are just getting into sign making etc…

Just got a demo of the ezytaper at my shop and it seems great!
Not sure which model to get the 650mm or the 1530mm version?

As we have not done many jobs stickers and signs yet, I’m not sure which one we are going to need?

    What has everyone else got?
Do people think the 650mm model is big enough for most standard jobs?

I’m thinking maybe just the 650mm model to start with and then see what happens, maybe upgrade in 6 -12 months.

I’ve got two 1530 models. If you can afford the large one, buy it.

You’ll find if you’ve got the big one, you’ll find many uses for it instead of finding a use and ‘wishing’ you had it.

    Just my 2c’s

Same here, I have the 1530 deluxe version. If you can, or plan to, print wider than 650 then I would recommend going for the wider ezytaper. When it comes time to flood coat or laminate and mount a 1200 wide board you’ll kick yourself for not buying the 1530 😉

Get the wider one, it is a total godsend.

If you are thinking about getting into doing digital or doing larger signs, this is a godsend especially for a one or two man band.

We mount 1200mm x 4050mm prints on dibond in under 5 minutes (and we are still newbies to the machine). Also the first week we had the machine, we had about 30 meters worth of app-taping. App-taping normal things these days is no where near as time consuming as it used to be.

Go the wider one as it will help your business grow and you’ll never look back.
