    Hi,
I have to quote for a big job coming up with a good deal of wall graphics & the designers have just specified "Printed wall wrap with durable hard wearing matt finish" & the client has also highlighted the hardwearing durability factor. These will be more or less permanent graphics.

I’d be interested to hear what materials others have used in high traffic areas that have been up for a few years & stand the test of time well, whether it’s vinyl or maybe textile type self-adhesive vinyl.

I have highlighted to them the need for extra surface prep & priming in view of low VOC paints etc.

p.s. it would need to be printable with HP Latex 26500.

    Hi Myles

Try Paper Graphics, they have a huge range of printable wall material and one of the best manufacturers offerings, not done any myself but profiled some of their medias on my 26500 for them with very good results on the materials.

They will also advise on best options for conditions and supply the profile for your machine if they can.

Thanks Kevin, I’ve sent them an email with my requirements so will see what they suggest.
I did actually get a sample of heavy blockout banner from them recently that I was very impressed with. My main issue is the fact I’m in the Republic of Ireland so carriage charge is pretty huge unless I can put in a big order it does make it expensive.

I’m at the very top of the Scottish Highlands, still mainland but you would think it was an island 4 ferry journeys away when talking about delivery costs AHH.

Hope you get it sorted buddy.
