What about Penloc 1:1 from Eurobond.
Rather like 5 minute araldite but not so brittle when set.

i use a 3m two part adhesive… the penloc stuff should work well too…
what you need to watch with composite board is that allot of good adhesives heat-up when mixed and harden. the heating up part causes the composite board to dimple of the face. you cant see it until you look at the letters at an angle or when light is hitting off them. i did this a few years back with a job with lots of 2ft high letters. job looked good till i was clearing up and i ws down on the ground walking back and had a glance, then a near heart attack! luckily the customer did not complain and we have had several jobs since. but if it were me being the paying customer… i would have knocked it back. 😀

I regularly use superglue. Just make sure it’s fully dry before packing. It takes a hammer and chisel to get them off!

Rob I was told by a rep for penloc that the dimples are not caused by heat more by the fact that some of the locators have dished bases.

The way the glue works the board actually gets pulled into the locator replicating the dished surface of the locator on the other side of the board.

I can see some logic in that…I think 😕

    lol

tim don’t believe a word he says, just checked my locators, they are perfectly flat on the back, it is the heat. Use evotec 431 from amari, works a treat on composite
