Which Connectors for fitting composite to railings
Hi People
Ive been asked to replace the following picture with two new banners one either side of the railings and the previous sign maker fixed the banners to the hard board then cable tied both to the railings, my suggestion was to make the sign smaller so it fits between top / bottom and side poles then put a piece of dibond in with print both sides. I just cannot find the fixings I need, wanted them to go round the poles and screw either side of the board to it looks neat and tidy.
Anyone able to make a suggestion please

I’d look at cable/conduit clips. Will depend on the railing diameter but worth a search. These come in up to 31mm dia

Glass brackets for 6mm glass. You’ll need to put a 3mm spacer in. You can get special ones for railings. Use these all the time. Great job.

Thanks guys thats a lot of help, thought I was going mad for a while but these two ideas will help me along.

On the same idea as Neil you can get universal exhaust bracket which will fit that size tube and is made of a stronger steel

That’s much better Kevin. It’s what I had in mind but couldn’t think what to call them. Much stronger and vandal resistant. Keeps the panel centred on the tube(s) too so makes a tidier job.

Your a start thanks Kevin, I knew their had to be something out there that did the job and make the finished product look much better than a couple of banners with some wood.
